KEEP IN MIND
- Changes to homes (color, additions, modifications) have to be approved by the architectural review committee.
- Garbage/Recycle containers are to be kept in garage or behind the front side wall when stored after pickup. The preferred placement is in the backyard of each home owner.
- Container may be placed in front yard/driveway for pickup the afternoon before pickup day. They are to be stored the same day after pickup. Containers must be in place for pickup NLT 7:00 AM of the pickup date.
- Speed Limit is 20 mph.
- While pet friendly, "cleanup is required"!
